The summary tiles

  • High risk (70+), Medium (40–69), Low risk, Notice given, and the average score across families still enrolled with no notice given.
  • The date the scores were last updated is on the toolbar.

Reading a family's row

  • Risk: the score, or Departing with the leaving date when notice has been given.
  • Trend: how the score has moved over recent weeks.
  • Sub-scores: Att (attendance), Eng (engagement), Fin (fees) and Life (life stage).
  • Top factors: the reasons behind the score, such as booked days reducing, no app login in 180 days, not viewing posts about their child, child approaching school age, fees overdue 30+ days, or a recent serious incident.

Using it

  1. Filter by centre and tick Hide departing families.
  2. Work down from the highest score. These are the families a conversation could still keep.
  3. Open the family to email or text them, and log what you discussed.
