Lead heat and score
Every family has a lead score out of 100, blended from four parts: engagement, responsiveness, recency and start-date intent. It updates as the family interacts.
| Heat | Score | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Hot | 75+ | Highly engaged. Act first. |
| Warm | 50–74 | Engaged. Keep the momentum. |
| Cool | 28–49 | One-way contact so far. |
| Cold | Under 28 | Little or no engagement. |

Other pills
- Priority 1, 2, 3…: the family's Priority of Access category. The lowest value is the highest priority. Defined in Pick Lists.
- Attributes 17: the total value of the attributes a family carries (for example Defence Force, ATSI, Health Care Card).
- Additional needs: at least one child has an allergy, medical or support need recorded. Details are on the Children tab.
- Sunnyside +1: the family's primary centre plus how many others they asked about. Hover to see them all.
- Low / Possible / High / Very High Risk: where your organisation is linked to OWNA, enquiries are checked against the bad-debt report. The pill shows the level only, never an amount.
- Avatar colours come from the name so a person looks the same everywhere. They carry no meaning.
