API keys that let your website, forms and other software push enquiries in and read families out.

  1. Press New key and name it after the integration.
  2. Tick only what it may do, and confine it to the centres it needs.
  3. Copy the key. It's shown once.
  • Send it as Authorization: Bearer nk_live_… to https://api.nurtra.ai/v1/….
  • Each key may make 120 requests a minute. Past that the API answers 429 with a Retry-After header, so page through families rather than polling one by one.
  • A lead created by a key gets the same room placement, first-contact task, team alert and duplicate check as one typed in.
  • Try it at https://api.nurtra.ai/docs. The OpenAPI document is at https://api.nurtra.ai/openapi/v1.json.
  • Revoke a key at any time.
